Summary:

The plot, located on the Black Sea coast, was abandoned by the owners many years ago. Interestingly, the old house there has the status of a "historical monument". Over time, the site has acquired a terrible and neglected condition.

Authorities intended to demolish the old house, so another destruction of the town's historic heritage could take place. But, later, the plot was put up for sale. And it was our architects who drew the attention of the buyer to the historical context of the place.

That is why we have developed a project of the building, which will not only be able to decorate the Black Sea coast, but also preserve the historical monument.

Not much has survived, but it turned out to be interesting for further design. The idea arose to create a small hotel and combine it with the territory of a modern hotel and restaurant complex. The architects managed to recreate the facade of the building, the original look of the windows and the roof. The completion plan with the use of modern structural glazing was developed.

With this project, the architects once again pay attention to the preservation of any architectural heritage of the city. After all, it is these remnants of the past in combination with modern architecture that create quality city content.
