Description:

The facility is located in the village of Kozyn on the banks of the Dnipro River.

The design site is located in a closed cottage town in the suburbs of the capital. The northern part of the design area overlooks the forvator of the Dnipro River, and the western part overlooks its tributary (artificially formed channel). The project envisages the construction of the main and guest houses, a boathouse, a pier, a recreation area with a fire pit and a swimming pool. A sandy beach area is provided on the artificially created shore near the pier. Part of the coastline is reinforced with sheet pile fortifications and a massif of decorative stones.

Landscaping is developed in accordance with the general concept of the complex, the modern architectural solution of the house is harmoniously connected with the landscaping elements and the landscape of the design area. For the improvement of the territory, modern materials and solutions were used in combination with exclusive materials.
