Description:
The concept of the project is very symbolic. The two parts of the house with angular English roof are very similar to the Rolls Royce logo. And also the division of the house into two parts symbolizes the two founders and the history of the emergence of the RR company. Two completely different in nature and their social status people, were able to interest each other and assembled to create something unique. Each of the parts in the house is also different in size and appearance, both the front facade and elevation facing yard are radically different from each other. The first is designed in the Classic English Style, and the second is contemporary-styled. But, despite these differences, they complement each other and together form a complete whole. All elements of the house and exterior are made absolutely in a symbiosis of old and new, traditions of Old England and trends of the modern world, which makes the project unique.
The location of the house, and its tunable blending with the surrounding landscape, is of paramount importance. The house is designed on a plain under a hill, thus the view from it gradually overlooks. The main compositional axis of the house runs along an outstretched flatness. Coming down the hill, we first see a large parterre in the traditional English style, which has a symbolic meaning. Its shape and elements resemble the recognizable symbols of the Rolls - Royce brand car. Colorful lavender bushes, planted in even rows, form the basis of the composition, which is accentuated by a small fountain. Driving closer along the cobblestone paved road the high, gabled English facade of the house comes into view.
