Bilyakov Yuri

Landscape architect, chief architect of projects.

In 1977 he graduated from the Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in Urban Construction.
For more than 40 years Yuriy Petrovich Bilyakov has been working at the UkrNDIproektrestavratsiya Institute, where during this time as a landscape architect he has developed and implemented in different regions of Ukraine more than 300 projects of restoration of historical landscapes of palace and park complexes, administrative, religious and fortification buildings. and public buildings, most of which have the status of national and national importance.

Raised to a high scientific, technical and professional level work towards the development of landscape architecture.

Deep knowledge of the basics of park construction, the structure of urban and manor buildings gave the architect the opportunity to create many interesting projects. Among them are the territories of complexes of religious buildings of national importance: Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, St. Sophia Cathedral, St. Andrew's Church in Kyiv, Volodymyr Cathedral in Sevastopol, Residence of Bukovynian Metropolitans in Chernivtsi, Pochaiv Lavra and others.

In 2010 she graduated from Kyiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. After that, she began her creative path in the studio of the UkrNDIrestavratsiya Institute, where her love for architectural monuments was born.
In 2016, she joined the ARCHE VISTA team, working on a wide range of projects, from luxury residential buildings, public administration buildings, theaters, cathedrals, to the restoration and adaptation of architectural and historical monuments throughout Ukraine.
The ARCHE VISTA team has a constant opportunity to create, implement and implement unique projects.
Her main hobby outside of work is traveling by car, drawing, reading books and visiting flea markets.

Malinoshevsky Alexander

Chief Project Engineer

In 1999 graduated from the State Aerospace University named after ME Zhukovsky "Kharkiv Aviation Institute", and after some time began his thorny path at the Institute "UkrNDIproektrestavratsii" to conquer the profession - engineer.
Over the years, there have been ups and downs, but never the disappointment that "it's not mine." When working on each new project from the "granite of engineering knowledge" reflected a small piece, the result is the implementation of many technical solutions in the field of engineering.
I joined the ARCHE VISTA team in 2018 where I work on the design and implementation of engineering innovations in future architectural projects.  

Over the years of professional activity, the engineer has implemented design solutions at more than 500 sites.

Vinskaya Alina

Business and Management Manager

Many little things have become important things through proper advertising.

Following this idea, in 2019 a PR manager was invited to join the Arche Vista team, which will be able to open the potential of the company from a new angle. Since then, many positive changes have taken place, which provided an easy start for the development of new departments of the company.
In 2013 she graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Philology at the College of NTUU "KPI"
In 2016 she graduated as an international journalist at the Institute of International Relations of NAU.

He currently holds the position of Business and Management Manager. Her professional responsibilities include managing various processes to achieve the goals of the organization in a timely manner through the optimal use of resources. In addition, the preparation and placement of materials on the web resources of the organization and social. networks; preparation of printed materials, implementation of plans for the distribution of advertising; technical organization of project activities (seminars, trainings, conferences, visits, negotiations within the project) on the territory of Ukraine and abroad.

In the 90's she participated in the development of project documentation for the construction and reconstruction of the largest breweries in Ukraine, distilleries and champagne factories, including breweries "Obolon", "Slavutych", a champagne factory in Kiev and others.
She has worked in the project group of the MHP holding for more than 10 years.
Industrial, administrative and office buildings were built according to her projects.
Now, working in "ARCHE VISTA" Larissa immersed herself in a new atmosphere of restoration of historic buildings, where each object requires a creative approach. Participated in the development of the restoration project of the building of the National Music Academy of Ukraine named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, architectural monuments - houses on the Great Zhytomyr and other commercial and government construction projects.
I actively monitor the appearance on the market of new energy efficient equipment and use it in my projects. When developing its sections, it tries to take into account the wishes of the customer as much as possible.

In the 80's and 90's she worked at the design institute "Giprosilmash", where she participated in the development of design documentation for the construction and reconstruction of agricultural machinery plants, including "Gomsilmash" in Belarus, Kherson Combine Plant, Motorcycle Plant in Kiev, Lyubertsy in Russia, Neris in Lithuania, and others. For more than 20 years at the institute, she has held positions from design engineer to head of the water supply and sewerage sector.
According to its projects, internal and external networks of VC production shops, administrative and office buildings, pumping stations, and return water supply systems of factories were installed and put into operation.
In the 2000s, she designed engineering systems for residential complexes, such as Oleksandrivsky in Kyiv, Grunwald in Kyiv, I-Nome in Kryukivshchyna, etc., as well as water parks, swimming pools, and medical facilities. , production buildings for Porsche cars.
Now, working in "ARCHE VISTA", immersed in a new atmosphere for the restoration of historic buildings, where each object requires a creative approach. After 5 years of work at the institute she moved to work in a private architectural office, where she worked on the development of concepts for the appearance of residential buildings and complexes, the design of small architectural forms.
Since 2017 she has been working at ARCHE VISTA, where she returned to restoration.

In addition to professional development, he goes in for sports, goes to tournaments, goes hiking and creates wire sculptures.
